Mucus plug or just discharge?

I am toward the end of my pregnsncy and having an increase of milky white discharge quit a lot. Its not jelly like, so I assume this is not anything to do with the mucus plug? Has anybody had this?

I had that in later pregnancy but yes my mucus plug was much more jelly-like and had a bit of blood in it too.

Mucus plug is literally a piece of jelly - when you see it you’ll know

So the increased milky white discharge doesn't mean anything?

@chickpea95 doesnt sound like the mucus plug. An increase in discharge is normal towards the end of pregnancy from what I’ve read.
