Intense itching on skin around labia

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and over the last couple of days I'm finding I'm very itchy on the outer skin of my labia (basically the skin of my vaginal lips). It's made worse when I have a warm shower and when I get into bed. No itching on inner labia.

All swabs have been clear- no thrush or infection etc. No visible rashes or spots other than red irritation from where I've been scratching. I'm going out of my mind!! Anyone else experienced this?

Have a look into vagisil it's a cream to help stop itching in that area

Ask to speak to pharmacist at your local chemist as there are creams used for itching but I don’t know if can be used in genital area.
Most pharmacies have a private consultation room for privacy too.
