I've got a nhs appointment at bang on 10 weeks post period starting. Is that not a touch too early to get the blood test done? What can I expect?

Yes at mine they asked for some medical history of you and the father - things like if chromosomal disorders ran in either family, what sort of health conditions you or he might have (if any). If I’ve had things like chickenpox, if I would accept blood transfusions etc.

Also a section about whether or not you safe in your home and those you live with, with your partner etc as part of their safeguarding.
