TMI Pink spotting after blood streaks

Just looking for anyone whos had similar. Im 10 weeks pregnant and last night had clear discharge with a couole of blood streaks in when wiped. This only happened once and no spotting etc afterwards. Then tonight, same time, i wipe and theres pink spotting on the tissue. What is going on?

Do you have any pain or cramping?

Had you just had sex? If so that's completely normal after.

Honestly I have had this happen on two pregnancies. In one it did unfortunately progress to a miscarriage in the next day or two and in the second everything was fine. There is just no way of knowing. I hope all goes well for you.
