First time tracking ovulation

Hey ladies, this is the first time I’ve ever tracked my ovulation.
I had a peak, then lower then peaked again. What does this mean?
Thank you!

How long is your cycle? Are you temping as well? Why do you have 2 or three entries at the same time on the same day?

I wouldn’t have picked the test the app did as your peak tbh.

Honestly, I’ve never done it before.

What date would you have chosen?

I’m a little confused by it all to be honest.

thanks!

Sorry, forgot to say I haven’t temped, this cycle was 31 days x

I’d probably have picked CD18 just by eyeballing them meaning you ovulated CD19 with a 12 day luteal phase.

Temping should clear up any ambiguity.

You only need to to test maybe twice a day max, once in the morning and once in the evening. And most importantly, take the picture in the same place and with the same lighting because that messes with the contrast on the app.

Temping will definitely help identify ovulation, but the tests are useful too.

Start testing around CD10 and then stop around a week before your period as you will get confusing results in that time.
