I was measuring bang on 24 weeks for fundal height but now dropped to 26 at just over 28 weeks. Sent for ultrasound and her head which was in the 20th percentile at 21 weeks is now nearly in the 90th and her abdominal circumference is about 16th percentile, dropped from 20th percentile. Anyone had strange/out of sync measurement growths? I’m contemplating cesarean if her head remains at such a large size.
