Can’t get hold of triage

I’ve had migraines for a couple of days but this afternoon I’ve also got a bit of a stiff neck.

Thought it would be advisable to phone maternity triage but I can’t get through. I’ve tried for the last hour and don’t know what else to do.

Do I phone 111?
