I'm coming up to 30 weeks now I had a really rough start to my pregnancy in hospital with HG thankfully it got better as my pregnancy went on but now every time I do something like housework or moving around to much it's making me throw up🤔 obviously not ideal as I already have a 3 year old to run around after, anyone experience the same in the last trimester?
