YouTube pregnancy workouts?

I'm just 5 weeks pregnant and keen to try and have a healthy and active pregnancy (god willing) and wondering if anyone has any recommendations for YouTube accounts with good follow along workouts?

I usually do Les mills classes at my gym but they are quite full on so I don't think they're pregnancy appropriate!

Most Les Mills classes should be fine for pregnancy, especially this early on, unless you have bad morning sickness? Just let your trainer know at the start of the class so they can give you adjustments if necessary. If you really want some pregnancy specific online workouts then Bloom are very good, though not free! If you've got a pool at your gym then swimming and aqua fit are good for when you're much further along and don't want to do the high impact stuff.

If you're doing them already it's fine. The advice is to not do anything you weren't already. My sisters pregnant and is still at her cross fit classes. When I was pregnant I was deffo not exercising but thag wasn't great!

I really like Jessica Pumple's YouTube channel

You should be able to continue with what you are already doing and just scale as appropriate as you get larger and more breathless!

I would also let the instructor know, in confidence, if you're comfortable to do that.

I did CrossFit right up until my due date

Les mills classes will be fine if you've already been doing them, especially at such an early stage.
