What do early pregnancy cramps feel like?

I'm roughly 9dpo and have been having stomach cramps on and off over the past few days - more in my tummy than pelvis and especially on the left side quite a few stabbing type pains.

Trying so hard not to falsely symptom spot but I've also had back ache, sore boobs and strange leg pains.

Do early pregnancy cramps feel like this or are they more period pain style?

Mine were a pulling sensation, more than just regular period cramps. Apparently it can be the extra blood supply going to the uterus. TBH though- you can get similar from the hormones just prior to a period- so hard to know until you have a positive test.

IF you are pregnant though- get any 1 sided pains seen to ASAP.

Pulling and tugging sensations and then later like period cramps. But by this time you'd be turning a test positive. Only solution is a bit more waiting.
