Hello,

Im not sure how to explain this but I have a weird sensation in my vagina…I’m not in any pain but it feels like I need to squeeze something out. Almost as if a tampon is too low. I know a lot of things are changing down there atm but wondered if anyone has experienced this!

I had to call the midwife the other day for pains in my pelvic area, tummy and hips and she said that if it got worse to come in. They’ve subsided but now I have this weird symptom!

Thanks in advance x

I had a lot of pressure down there, I thought it was a uti in the end because I couldn’t work out what it was, just really uncomfortable! They gave me antibiotics but turned out it was never a uti but it went away after that so god knows what it was!

Speak to your midwife again or go to epu to get your cervix checked, don't leave anything to chance or go by other people's stories and always get checked if you're concerned

Go get checked. They'd always rather see you and say Its nothing to worry about. The maternity assessment is 24 hrs remember so call now for advice if you want!

If you're up and worried that is! Just saw post Time!

I think I had this early pregnancy. I thought it was a uti brewing but then it went away and a few days later I got thrush

As the poster said above please do not leave this to chance and make sure they check your cervix. Hopefully all will be well, but you don’t want to leave this unchecked.

Hi everyone!

Wanted to update. The pressure went away after a day and then I had an ultrasound a few days later where the sonographer said everything looked as it should.

Do I still need to call midwife as it’s gone now to check my cervix? I’m 21 weeks next week and will have an anatomy scan.
