Nose bleeds 39+ 2

Never had a nose bleed in my life, had 2 today. Should I be concerned?

possibly.

it's not hugely likely, but unexplained nosebleeds can be a sign of high blood pressure, and high blood pressure can be dangerous at this point. get your blood pressure checked. If blood pressure normal then no it'll just be random.

I had them a lot when I was pregnant. Weird things happen but good point re blood pressure

I’m sure I read somewhere that the lining of the nose can be affected by the hormonal changes in a woman’s body.
