Pregnant on nexplanon implant?

Hi,
backstory- I’m very fertile , 3 kids conceived on 1st try each time.
always used condoms in between pregnancies, no issues.
Since I had my 3rd, I was (I feel) bullied into having the implant. Every nurse and doctor I saw since having the baby told me I should do it or ‘see you in 9 months’ . I told them I wasn’t having sex they clearly didn’t believe me.
anyway I caved and got it. Fast forward a YEAR and I had sex. It was a bit painful so no one finished.
2 months later and I’m have what can only be described as morning sickness.
its the same as I had with all 3 pregnancies, very mild, very infrequent and at random times but it’s sudden full on wretch.
has anyone got pregnant on the implant that can give me some advice? Is it likely? If I took a test would it work with the hormones?
or just talk me down from the edge!
im also struggling to lose weight, but that might just be a side effect of the implant I suppose.
Am I insane?!

I know one case where the implant did not stop a pregnancy occurring.

I have one and it's not 100%, it says over 99% on the blurb so it's possible. Pregnancy test would work as normal so definitely take one. I thought I was pregnant a couple of years ago and I remember the fear, really feel for you!

I had the implant for 3 years and I think it's highly unlikely you're pregnant. I put on about two stone on the implant. Weight gain is normal. Can't explain the vomiting but I did have some 'pregnancy' symptoms when I was on it. It's just the effect of the implant.

You need to take a test.
