I'm nearly 6 weeks & today I've been weeing a lot, felt constantly need to go again after & sorry TMI very 'wet' down below!
I've panicked checked and it's just clear discharge.
Thanks xx

Hi, yep both very normal! Have you downloaded any pregnancy apps yet? Some of them talk you through typical symptoms you might experience each week and can be quite reassuring! Pregnancy+ and Emma's Diary are good ones 😊

Yeah, the peeing is because your uterus is expanding into your bladder space! This delight won’t ease up until your tummy starts to stick out.

The extra mucus is all part of preparing you for birth (though why it needs to do this so soon I don’t know)!

Yea sounds about right I’m afraid.

You’ll need to wee a bit less in a few weeks when your uterus expands above your pubic bone… and the moment it’s still behind your pubic bone pushing on your bladder.

Of course once you’re further along the constant weeing will return with the baby elbowing your bladder constantly, but then you’ll have the heartburn to take your mind off it. Such fun 😁
