Hey everyone,

This is probably my 3rd post on here within 3 days but i'm so anxious! I found out I was pregnant a week ago and have had some symptoms including sore boobs (but not as much as the few days before I found out), have been tired but have also given up caffeine since I found out so could by why, weeing a bit more & wee is darker and also have had the odd niggle and twinge on my right side.

I have had a twinge that only really lasts for a couple of seconds everyday, but not constantly maybe a couple of times today but I haven't really had one since yesterday lunchtime. I had a slight feeling there earlier but not the same and not really noticeable. I was wondering whether it's coming in early stages (i'm either 5.5 or 6.5 weeks) for symptoms to change? I read that the twinges are good, as it's a sign everything is going as it should and body is changing but now i'm concerned as I haven't really had one for 24 hours. I may be overreacting, but just panicking at everything and still taking pregnancy tests everyday!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Congratulations on your pregnancy! This sounds totally normal lovely, try not to panic. Symptoms come and go in the first trimester and so do twinges. Some days I didn’t even feel pregnant! Similarly in my second trimester. My boobs went back to normal and were no longer pert and full 😂 hormones fluctuate so try not to worry.

@EllieJade95 I'm a complete neurotic anxiety panic ridden mess, we should start a thread for anxiety in first trimester lol any twinges since?

Don’t worry! I’m 19 weeks and it doesn’t get any easier haha!

I was exactly the same! I worried when I felt twinges (always checking I wasn't bleeding etc) and then worried when I had days without them. I'm now 31 weeks pregnant and everything is fine. My symptoms fluctuated pretty much until around 14 weeks!
