anterior placenta and a fall

if i was to fall on my tummy would i have done any damage to my baby or placenta. i know my placenta is at the front, but could have moved up now, i am 27 weeks.
My back hurts and i feel sore but not in bad pain and no bleeding.

It's very unlikely that you've hurt the baby as they are very, very protected in there but, please, if you're worried call the labour ward and they'll put you on a monitor to put your mind at rest. I presume baby is moving as usual?

Hi Violeta, Thank you for responding. Yes baby has been wiggling away as per usual.
I think any damage is to me lol.
As i cant see inside i guess im just over worrying and it didnt help that i was late booking my 28 week check for next monday so dont get to see the MW till a week friday now, so reassurance is a way off.
