Covid in pregnancy - blood thinners... help please

Hi,
I am 20 weeks pregnant and tested positive for covid yesterday. My Midwife has told me to start taking a 10 day course of Clexane injections starting today. She advised to look online for videos about how to administer the injection... I have looked but I can't see clearly where I am meant to inject when pregnant. Does anyone have any useful links or advice please?
