I'm currently 5 weeks only seen a sac but nothing else . They have had a blood test to rule out ectopic pregnancy. I currently have a 8cm cyst on my right ovaries to I'm having a blood test Friday and another scan next week . I'm currently in limbo land and emotional too has anyone been this similar situation and what was out the outcome
. I have been told I'll have regular scans too but I just want to know if anyone has had this before xx

Anxiety is an awful thing isn’t it.

Honestly so much of what you’ve said are positives. And the cyst is even very common too. Plus it means they’re going to take extra good care of you.

When I’m feeling a wreck I get busy with distractions. So my advice is to accept that you feel like shit, take a deep breath, and get busy and distracted as best as you can. (And if you’re googling, get off if it, it’s no one’s friend.)

It worse xx

Hey, I literally had the same thing and according to the Dr and sonographer its not uncommon.

Went for scan at 6+3 for bleeding and only sack visible (no baby, no yolk etc..) they said I've either got my dates wrong or miscarried or baby never developed. I was crushed.
I went back 10 days later and the baby was there fully formed and my dates were right exactly to the day.

The sonographer said that as they are just millimeters in size they can be so difficult to show up and I had an internal scan too.

Keep hope as your still early and it may just be that baby is too small to be seen properly yet as at this stage a few days can make a difference. Xx
