Pregnant immediately after miscarriage

Hi, just looking for any similar experiences.
I had a Mmc at 13 weeks. Baby had stopped growing at 7 weeks.
I had a d&c on 8th March.
rightly or wrongly dh and I dtd only a couple or days later and several times since.
Im not sure when to expect a period. But, I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms similar to when I was first pregnant again. I didn’t bleed much after surgery. I had a slight pink watery discharge about 2 weeks after d&c.

is it possible to ovulate so soon after d&c. Has anyone experienced this?

I ovulated about 6 weeks after, I think. I didn't track until the next cycle but I did have a tiny "period" in between so may have done, I'm just not sure.
I'm really sorry for your loss and you don't need to say rightly or wrongly, you did what you felt right xx

Thank you so much @ElleJones1 I really do appreciate your response. I hadn’t planned to, so soon but it felt right and we needed to be close I think.
I do have very short cycles 24 days so I always ovulate a week after my period. So hard to know.
just suddenly have heartburn, metallic sensation in mouth, disturbed sleep and I fainted on Monday.! Common early signs for me. It just seems so so soon at only 22 days post d&c!

It happened to be twice. I had two miscarriages and I as pregnant after both before I'd had a period. Both pregnancies were successful and are 9 and 12 now. Good luck and everything crossed for you x

I am sorry for your loss.
I had a mmc with surgical intervention at 12 weeks and got pg 1 week later, my period hadn’t returned
Shes 18 now

Thank you ladies for your replies. Much appreciated. Oh wow! So it is possible then? Google says can be as early as 2 weeks after mc but I’m certain I ovulated sooner than that as I felt the ovulation pangs in my right side.
I guess time will tell! Will try not to get hopes up though. :-(

I must have ovulated literally days after my surgery

I stopped bleeding after MC last week and now having positive OPKS so I’m wondering the same!
