I am so desperate to find something that works. I’m 7 weeks pregnant with my second and I don’t remember it being this bad with my first. I’m always hungry, so I eat and then I’m overcome with nausea until I’m hungry again, which is every hour at the minute. It’s a viscous circle! Any advise would be so welcome 🙏🏻

@Mumlife1325
It's grim isn't it!! I'm 6 weeks and already I'm suffering from morning sickness and dizziness. With my last pregnancy I threw up from 5-19 weeks. I was on a prescription but I would have a ginger smoothie every day and wear the travel sickness wrist bands.

I've just ordered a fresh pair of wrist bands sp I'll be wearing them all day from tomorrow! X

ginger biscuits, travel sickness bracelets, carbs like pasta, toast, eating little and often.

Everyone is different though, good luck. All day sickness is the worst!

Get a prescription for cyclizine.

But other than that, eating little and often. And I always found that Granny Smith apples helped me.
