2nd time HG advice

This is my 3rd pregnancy, my first was fine, 2nd I suffered terrible from HG, in & out of hospital etc.
I called the doc last week & received ondansetron. Today I am 6wks, feeling a lot of nausea, it's been increasing the last few days. Really struggling to concentrate at work. I've not been sick yet and I am still drinking sips of water & eating plan foods.
Question is when do I know when to start taking the medication? I obviously don't want it to go to far or I don't want to start to early.

I'd start now. If it's already impacting your life, it doesn't seem too early.
Also if this particular drug isn't much help, you should be able to try a different one before you get really bad.

Thanks @Seeline knowing what could be coming is the worst feeling. I'm analysing every feeling I have in fear. Prob better to start early than late !!
