PUL possibly an eptopic advice please

Hoping someone has some positive they can pass this way

On the 24th of February I suffered a chemical miscarriage and had negative tests afterwards

On Tuesday the 21st of match I found out I was pregnant again (confirmed as a new pregnancy)

I had my bloods taken on Thursday 23rd and my hgc was 21.8 I’ve had my bloods taken Saturday 25th and my hgc has risen but only too 24.2

They scanned me to rule out a ectopic pregnancy and couldn’t see anything in my tubes or my womb they said my uterus was 11.9mm and from conception I’d only roughly be around 3 weeks pregnant

But said right now it’s classes as a PUL

I’m still getting positive pregnancy tests I’ve had no bleeding and aren’t in pain

So really what I’m wondering is if anyone has been in a similar and has had a positive outcome ?

Hi, sadly I also went through a PUL in Oct last year. I'm sorry you are in this position. Is it EPU that are seeing you? unfortunately, I was in limbo for a couple of weeks. My hCG stayed static and my lining was getting thicker, but they couldn't see anything on the scan. I was on progesterone pessaries at the time, which I was asked to stop. It took a week after stopping these to have a bleed, at which point the hCG went down naturally and I didn't need any medical management. I'm keeping everything crossed for you that it's just too early to see anything on the scan. Fingers crossed and sending so much love X

Hi Tinkerbell098 I’m so sorry to hear about your experience its truly upsetting
it is the EPU I’m under they have made me an appointment to return this Friday (31st of march) to take bloods again and see what level my hgc is at but when they scanned my on Saturday just gone there wasn’t anything to show either a pregnancy in my womb or tubes hence why it’s been labelled as a PUL I’m hoping maybe like yourself if it’s the worst case scenario I won’t need any medical treatment xx
