Hi ladies. I'm hoping someone might have some knowledge on this because I'm going round in circles trying to figure it out.
I work but not enough to qualify for SMP. DH gets a very enhanced Shared Parental Leave scheme so we're going to give him a lot of my leave so he can take 4 months off on full pay. Would I still be able to claim Maternity Allowance, or does the fact he'll he taking SPL mean I'll also be taking SPL and therefore not eligible for any payments?
