Genuinely terrible. Today I've had co co pops for breakfast, raisins & a cereal bar for snack, a sausage sandwich & a packet of Skips for lunch. I've eaten a Twirl also & I'm
Not actually hungry for dinner much. Oh & 2 biscuits. This is not an abnormal day, I usually throw in a smoothie & try to have a healthy meal in the evening but it's getting rarer. Anyone else or do I really need to sort my life out...

Have a good healthy lunch so your replacing your dinner but eating it earlier so your not too full from crap by dinner time. Plenty of fruits in the day. Dip it in chocolate if it makes you feel better 😂

You are aware of the issue and think it is a problem, so what can you do to change it?

I ate nothing but pizza, coke, Gatorade, and sweets my first pregnancy when I could tolerate food. The doctor said it's fine, it's more for you as baby takes what nutrients they need from your body. Baby was healthy, I was healthy enough and went back to eating normally after pregnancy.

So it depends if you're really worried or not in my opinion.

Are you a healthy weight, underweight of over weight?

I'm BMI 22 and have zero interest in food. I've been told to eat whatever I fancy and just make sure I'm taking a pregnacare and iron tablet everyday to avoid any deficiencies.
