Sleep Cycle in early pregnancy

My partner and I are currently trying to conceive after a miscarriage. I'm halfway through a dreaded two week wait and I've started waking up at 5/6am for no explicable reason. No alarms, no disturbances, just waking up. For reference, my alarm usually wakes me up around 7:30/7:45, I go to bed 11:30/ midnight. I noticed this with my last pregnancy but cant find anything online about it. Is their any mums out there that experienced this too? Or at this point am I just grasping at straws for what is actually an early pregnancy symptom. All the other symptoms I'm having are my usual PMS symptoms, this is the only thing that stands out to me so far. I'm currently about 10 dpo and have yet to test positive.

This happened to me around the same time, although I got my first positive at 9dpo I don’t know if I was waking up early so I could get up to test? It wasn’t intentional anyway and lasted a few weeks xx

This happened to me as well, with my son it started right after ovulation, now I’m 8 weeks pregnant and have had insomnia from about 10dpo.

Hi!! This is what is happening to me right now and though i googled, there was not a clear answer. I started having this the night before testing positive, (11DPO) and kept on waking up at really early hours like 4 or 5am after a tiring full day at work and going to sleep around 1130PM ish. The sleep is very broken on weekend too when there is no work pressure and I keep on having dreams. Currently only 3weeks 3 days and I do wonder how long this broken sleep would go on for!!
