Hi everyone,

I recently had a miscarriage and haven't had a period yet and last week found out I am pregnant again.

Due to my previous miscarriage, I am literally googling every single symptom, driving myself crazy. I am testing daily and my lines are getting darker and my digital tests are progressing.

I have tummy cramps quite frequently, last week it genuinely felt like I was on a heavy period before I got my positive test! It's not as bad now but tonight my collar bone is hurting when I lay on my bed.

I have been having very bad lower back pain also but I know this is seen as a 'normal' symptom.

I am petrified of possible ectopic or another miscarriage and just want to know if anyone experienced collar bone aching/pain 3 weeks in??

Thank you!

I had cramping probably from just before 3 weeks for a week or so - along with 7 days of implantation bleeding which I thought was a light period, as a result I didn’t find out I was pregnant until after 5 weeks. I had a private scan at just under 6 weeks and if you can manage the cost I’d recommend getting one booked in - then you can check all’s well and where it ought to be.

Cramping I would say is normal, I had that. Collarbone pain I would be more concerned with, shoulder pain is a common ectopic symptom so could be connected to that. Of course it could also be nothing wrong. I would phone your EPU and ask their opinion.

Would I get symptoms of ectopic this early?

I have been having very bad lower back pain today but didn't think anything of it until my collarbone started to ache.

I've called EPU and they don't take self referrals however have said that my symptoms are concerning. Waiting on 111 to call me back.
