Anyone struggled to conceive after C Section

Anyone struggled to conceive after a c section and did you manage to find out why? What kind of tests were done? Was it the c section that caused you to struggle? Etc

You will probably get some more helpful responses than mine but I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a c section being the reason for someone to struggle to conceive. Everyone I know who has had a c section and ttc again afterwards conceived including myself.

The people I know who have struggled to conceive wasn’t because of a previous c section. It was other fertility issues with themselves or their partner

when I was starting to investigate a reason for secondary infertility, I had a consultation with a provate fertility doctor who thought I might have a 'niche' inside in the scar that can fill with pus and basically kill sperm/eggs before they're fertilised. He was talking about fixing this niche but I never
went further to see if I actually had one. I had a HSG then on the NHS and they said my womb shape looked normal. I'm pregnant now, but it has taken several years.
