I had a Harmony test at 12+6 days and it has just come back as insufficient fetal dna. They suggested waiting a week and trying again but I am reluctant as I will be 15 weeks by then. I had a harmony test with my last pregnancy at 10 weeks exactly and this did not happen. I am not overweight, on blood thinners and this is not an ivf pregnancy. My NHS results were 1/10,000 for Ptaus and 1/5785 for Downs. While I appreciate this is low, I wanted more conclusive results which is why I opted for harmony. I am now very concerned as to why the fetal dna was low this time and unsure what to do. I would love some advise from anyone who has been through a similar scenario.
(I should also note when they drew blood the initial nurse was in training and struggled to get blood out from an arm vein then a hand vein (I nearly passed out so we had to stop mid way 😂 ) and finally another nurse came and drew blood from a vein in my hand, not sure if that makes any difference but I remember at the time worrying they hadn't done it properly!)
