Breastfeeding friendly clothes?!

Just looking for ideas on what to wear whilst breast feeding, I feel like the 'nursing tops' etc I've found are quite unattractive lol. A friends mentioned floaty cami tops to just pull up, any other suggestions? Any good shops? I like my fashion but feel stuck on what to wear!

I just wore my normal clothes and pulled it up. Initially I wore a breastfeeding camisoles/vests with a normal top over it - so it’s easy to unclip the strap and pull that down, then pull normal top up. It provided a bit more coverage but after a while I didn’t really care and just wore normal clothes. Only thing I couldn’t wear of course were dresses!

Oh my goodness, I'm having the exact same issue! I find every single nursing top so frumpy, even from the likes of H&M who I like normally. It seems they think your style goes out the window when breastfeeding. Sorry I don't have any actual helpful advice x

I bought one breastfeeding t shirt. There were so many flaps and holes and sheets of fabric it was a bloody nightmare trying to find my boob let alone latch a hungry baby under all that fabric!

The only nursing clothes I actually used were the strappy tops from h&m so depending on the season...

Strappy top under a jumper (or any normal top really) (jumper pulls up, strappy top pulls down)
Strappy top under a loose shirt
Button down dresses, with a nursing bra.

I agree maternity 'fashion' is just awful

Yes agree with the cami top to pull down and a normal top/jumper to pull up.
When the weather gets warmer then dresses that button down the front are nice or wrap style dresses that you can pull to the side.
You can get some nice breastfeeding dresses 2nd hand on vinted/fb marketplace from places like seraphine and juno Jack's.

There is a Facebook group called "can I breastfeed in it?" Or something like that which would be worth a trawl for ideas. I had to unfollow it fairly swiftly as it completely clogged my Facebook feed but there's definitely a lot to look at on there!

I've always just done the nursing vest top with the clips, with a normal top on the top to pull up, for me that gave the balance between practicality and normality.

Strappy vest under normal clothes. Lift up top and pull down vest.
for nice dresses I like Lyla and leche!
