Can I add anything to Raspberry Leaf tea to make it taste nicer?

Midwife has suggest I start on Raspberry Leaf tea (i'm 36 weeks) I have tried it but it tastes awful so have been taking tablets.

She thinks the tea is much better, so can I add anything to it to make it taste nicer or will that just stop it working?

Yes I should have asked midwife whilst I was there but didn't think at the time.

I used to make the tea then chill it and drink it with loads of ice, some times slices of orange etc. Always thought it was nicer and more refreshing.

The capsules are absolutely fine and no better or worse than the tea in terms of efficacy. I would stick to the tablets if you find that suits better.

also add a peppermint teabag and a large spoon of honey. or fresh mint if you have it with honey. truly is better cold, for sure. you can swig it.

I put in a little dash of diluting blackcurrent juice and then it just tastes like hot blackcurrant
