I’ve had varicose veins (mildly) since I was about 20, with my first baby they got a bit more obvious and with this one they have worsened again. They were mainly on my thighs before but have now got some below my knee too 🙄 I’m planning to have them treated after baby but is there anything I can do to stop them from getting too much worse? Is it worth going to the GP? I’ve seen they can give you compression stockings to wear during the day that might help. Just want to minimise the amount I need treated after, the thought of it is horrible 😩
