Implantation negative test

Hi all,
Just looking for some opinions, been very upset. TTC, but my 'partner' dissappears after every time we have sex. Last time I had sex with him I missed my period, and in the days before the period was due I had what I believed was implantation spotting and cramping . The cramping was mild and lasted 2 days. I had no period. Ive been googling like mad, reading up on every symptom I get. 8 days late, i had a pain in my left side and spotting. I rang doctor as i felt faint aswell (probably from worry). She sent me to A&E where I had blood test and doctors poking at my pelvis. They said nothing wrong and test is negative. Ive been crying since im devastated because I was sure I had conceived and had watched everything my body did so closely. Dont know why Ive had no period, the exact description of implantation, and then negative. Devo. Dont know what to think

The partner ghosting me is not really relevant but its just making me more upset as he has not answered me and i have nobody i can talk to hence why im posting on here, because its just been me&me thru this rollercoaster the past 3 weeks. Thanks 4 listening

You sound very young do you have a parent or responsible adult you can talk to about this? Many people don’t have any symptoms of implantation at all, when you looking out for symptoms you become hyper aware of every little niggle. Stress can delay your period, it also can be delayed by late ovulation or even miss a period completely.

He is not a partner he is only using you for sex. You don’t seem to be in a stable enough position to be hoping to conceive at the moment. It seems there’s some real self esteem problems. Have you thought of speaking to a councillor? It might really help put everything in perspective

Im 35. Was just hoping to hear of anyone whos had similar experience of missed period , implantation signs and negative bloods. Thanks though

Bloods are more sensitive than urine tests. If they are negative at 8 days late then you are not pregnant.

I’m sorry that you haven’t got the result you wanted. You say your partner is avoiding you, do you not live together? Have you both agreed that TTC is what you both want?

Hi with all due respect, it’s very presumptuous of you to one, say someone sounds young, or must be young! and two, insinuate they have low self esteem just because they expressed issues with the partner which we all have from time to time. Your point about her partner also was a little out there. I don’t think there is any need to say all those things, very harsh. Unless you know the situation personally how can you call it? OP proved she was ‘mature’ when she responded to your insults like an adult.
