37 weeks and really bad cough

Would you call 111 for this or just and try wait for GP on Monday?
I've had a horrible head cold for a few days and a cough for the last 3 but overnight and today it's turned really chesty/phlegmy. Its causing a dull achy pain in my upper back and when I cough it feels like a burning sensation in my lungs, my breathing is also tickly/crackly at times.
I feel okay apart from feeling tired and having achy ribs from coughing so much but DH thinks I should phone 111 incase it's an infection but I don't want to waste anyone's time.

Sounds OK to wait until the GP on Monday, worth doing a covid test though, I know quite a few people with it at the moment!

@SouthwestSis thanks I've decided to wait until Monday unless I wake up loads worse tomorrow, covid test negative thankfully!
