I was urgently referred to the hospital after having a private scan, although there was a heart beat some organs including the heart are growing in a seperate sac, word used Hernia and so termination would be best

Baby was waving hands about And heart beating

Has anyone else heard or this or experienced it im beating myself up about it
Also may be known as Omphaloceles

I have heard of this but not known anyone. How far along are you? From googling I think there is a survival rate if late enough and lots of surgery but i guess of you're not full term then they maybe think your baby might not survive. I would ask if it's a choice or not. There may be a risk to you but I would like to think it is your choice to terminate or not.
