Do I need to panic?

Been trying to convince for 19 months, I’m with a fertility clinic and had initial tests but haven’t got very far into it. I have some cheap pregnancy tests from eBay and tested the day my period was due and it was negative. Period didn’t come so I tested again two days after missed and there was a verrrry faint line, tested again at three days (yesterday) and it had got darker but still faint. Bought some clearblue’s and got a faint positive yesterday evening then I’d say a normal positive on the lighter side this morning. I also did the last of my eBay cheapos this morning and that doesn’t seem to have to any darker since yesterday morning. So basically going off clearblue progression seems okay, going off cheapo it’s halted. If clear blues continue to get darker should I be worrying still? I’ve had a previous ectopic, though I never took a pregnancy test with that pregnancy so unsure how it would have progressed on sticks, I know the levels of HCG are lower with ectopics which is my worry. Basically has anyone had such a faint start 2/3 days after missed period and everything still been okay?

Hcg takes 48 hours to double so you won’t see much progress testing every day

@Goldwhisper do you have your tests? I'm super worried about a chemical and this is my first round of ivf and my first ever positive in 3 years of trying.

I got a faint line at 6dp5dt (roughly 11dpo) but you can't see well because of the light but I've noticed it got darker then the last 4 tests have stayed the same. I would say my symptoms have started to increase but otherwise I don't have much. I would contact your clinic and let them know and they might do blood tests. Mine dont do. Just have to wait for 7 wk scan.

@Fox01 It’s so difficult trying to navigate pregnancy with fertility issues and be realistic without being negative isn’t it! I think it’s harder to track across different brands as some pick it up better than others but I have everything crossed for you!! Are you doing all your tests in the morning?

I think I’m 19dpo today - the clearblues are yesterday and today and the small ones are the last three days. To me just seems too faint for 19dpo. I’m going to give it the weekend and see what happens and then will need an early scan to check for ectopic either way. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

That all looks and sounds fine, get a FRER if you're desperate for confirmation 👍🏻
