Hi everyone!

i found out we were expecting twins at 6 weeks and everything seemed ok. 2 heartbeats and measuring the same.
I had a further scan at 8 weeks and again all was ok and both measured the same.
a week later I had a lot of cramps so I paid for a scan at 9 weeks. One twin measured 9 weeks, and the other 8+2. The lady said it’s nothing to worry about and it could have been the position the twin was laid in. This is making me worry now as they have been the same up until now. Has anyone experienced the same please?
Thankyou xx

Hie I hope you are ok try not to worry I experienced the same thing a little later on during my twin pregnancy. Twin 2 was smaller than twin one. I don't know why I decided to eat avocado 😂 I had horrible morning sicknes throughout my pregnancy. By the time the twins were born twin 2 was bigger than her sister to this day she's the bigger twin also not identical very healthy twin babies.iWrote about it the other day

My twins measured 5 days apart for the first 2 scans, it' changed during my 20 week scan were twin 2 suddenly was bigger. Both are really healthy now at 26 weeks but still different measurements

My twins are measuring about 4 days apart at the moment. Sonographer said it's absolutely nothing to worry about and completely normal. The only cause for concern is if they are measuring more than 2 weeks apart.
