Anyone come across any free hyonobirthing sessions/guides online? If so can you recommend it to me please 😊

Or are the majority chargeable?

Really sonething I'm interested in but not sure where to start x

The Hypnobirthing Podcast by The Nurture Nest. If you listen to all the episodes, it may as well be a course!

I learnt loads from it.

Bump to baby chapter, definitely worth the cost and midwife led. It has meditations which I used each night near the end of pregnancy. I preferred it to the positive birth company, but did use the Freyja birth app for my whole birth (poor midwife, must have been well annoying 😂)

A friend has just told me that the Positive Birth Company have a sale on their Hypnobirthing digital pack. Usually £39 but only £12!! 👍🏽
