Pregnant after Ectopic! Faint line progression and pain!

Hello.

I've found out I'm pregnant after an ectopic last April which was treated with MXT.

I'm immediately in the most panic ever. I had the slightest slightest implant stain at 11dpo. Got first faint test at 12/13 dpo.

Since then my tests have been really weak and are progressing but VERY slowly.
I'm just so aware this is a big red flag for another ectopic, I'm absolutely convinced. I have been having right sided twinges (my bad side) sharp stabbing pains and all sorts. Not enough to send me to a×e like last time but enough to send me spiralling.
Had my first HCG draw yest but only 4 weeks so no scan yet. Got another draw tomorrow.

My questions are:

Did anyone have lines like this with ectopic history and get good news?

Did anyone with ectopic history have pains in next pregnancy, convinced it was the same and then have a good outcome?

Could you have an implant bleed and it be ectopic? I thought that only happened if it is in uterus?

I'm basically driving myself insane. I feel like I already know what's about to happen and just want to get it over with already.

Has anyone got any advice or reassurance or even just hit me with reality. I'm suffering 😭

Your hcg only doubles every 48 hours so you’ll only expect to see progression every 2 days. So testing twice a day really isn’t doing you any good. If you look at every other days tests the progression looks absolutely spot on.

I know I'm being insane it's just like that after loss and especially my ectopic that was trauma on another level!

Just got my first draw back (4 week 0 days)

HCG 46
PROGESTERONE 46.3

can't tell much from HCG till second draw but I'm interested in progesterone levels. With my ectopic they were sooooo low.

Wonder if this is a good indicator for me 🙏

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on slow line progression.
Top test is 10dpo and bottom is 17dpo.
I tested daily with my last pregnancy and by 17dpo I was getting a dye stealer.
I thought this maybe a chemical but the lines are getting darker… just very slow! Could it be ectopic?
Most of the tests are different times of day so the line progression is very up and down…
