Bleeding early pregnancy?

Hiya :)

I got my first positive about 5 days ago (I'd guess it's been 2-3 weeks since conception) but started bleeding on Monday probably around 1am, it was very light and pink at first but it got a little heavier / darker (not enough to need a pad) over 24 hours, so I went to the ER and they checked my hcg levels (too early for a scan) they were at 93 and they just told me because they don't have any prior hcg levels to compare it to they can't really tell me if it's a bad number.

Anyway, I'm still bleeding and it gets lighter then heavier and keeps going like that, but it's never enough to need a pad, there has been some mild cramping (nowhere near as bad as period cramps, just kinda like the muscles are tired?) and there hasn't been any clots at all. Has anyone had something similar happen and the pregnancy turned out to be okay?
If it turns out I am miscarrying is there a general time for when I would pass everything?

Hi am in the same boat as I am 10 days late for my period with a mixture of pregnancy test results I started off spotting and now it's a bit on the heavy side. I do have another child however I have never experienced this part if I am pregnant as I was 16 weeks with my other child.
