How many decaf coffees do you have a day?

I'm in my third trimester and recently just started drinking decaf coffee, I had been avoiding coffee for my whole pregnancy. But now I drink decaf and I am wondering how many cups can I have a day?

If it's decaf it should be ok? Can I have 2 or 3 cups, love the taste of coffee.

Just wanted to hear everyone's opinion and make sure there isn't a limit that I don't know about lol

You can have up to 2 cups of normal coffee a day so I don’t think there’s any harm in having 2 or 3 cups of decaf

Decaf coffee does contain caffeine, in very small amounts. But as PP said, regular coffee is ok in moderation.

Completely fine, it’s decaf. I’ve been having a cup of caffeinated coffee from pret and chocolate every day as I have such early starts can’t manage my job without. Nhs recommends no more than two cups of coffee but research shows up to four is fine

I have decaf tea and drink A LOT of it! Always wonder if I should be limiting it at all
