Will second child be involved with Social Services?

Hello, my partner had a baby taken off him with a previous partner over 15 years ago so when we had our daughter 4 years ago she was put on a child protection plan.
We had social services involved from my first midwife appointment.
When our daughter was born, any time my partner spent time with her had to be supervised by my mum.
Cut a long story short, we then had to go to court and the plan ended and social services are no longer involved. (This was when my daughter was about 6 months old)
4 years on and i am wondering if we have a second child will social services be involved?

I have no experience or knowledge of this but I imagine not if the child protection plan was closed for your first child?
Did you use a solicitor when you went to court? Can you go back to them for advice?

Yes it's closed and yes i did use a solicitor as we had to go to court

Well of it's closed through court I guess it's because there was no need for it, so I don't think it will be an issue with this baby. Did ss push to keep the child protection plan open?

I have a 7 month old, 18 month old and a 12 year old.

when my 7 month old Wes 3 weeks the younger 2 got taken to my mums and I did everything they asked to show it was just a blip and they do say it themselves now. It only took me 2 and half months to get them back. They said they have never seen anyone get their kids back so fast and are on about taking them off the care plan altogether in march. I have just found out I’m pregnant again (really early due in September) I don’t want to tell the social worker yet with how early it is. I’m worried there going to stay involved longer than needed due to me been pregnant.

im keeping on top of everything and on my own at that, there dads only home on a weekend and he is still supervised by myself at the moment and I can’t see that changing anytime soon. I don’t know what to do as I don’t want to tell my family yet, we had 2 miscarriages before my 18 month old aswell so don’t want to jinx anything either.

any advice would really help
