I’m 7+4 today, I’ve had some dizzyness on and off since finding out I’m pregnant but for the last hour I’ve felt like I’m going to faint. Even while lying down I feel dizzy. This is my third pregnancy and I’ve never had this before. I don’t have any pain, no bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this? Looked online and it says it can be normal for early pregnancy but I’m really worried something is wrong.
