Lots of braxton hicks in last hour, should I be worried?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and had my midwife appointment today. Went for a scan last week because my bump was measuring 29cm at 31 weeks. This week I'm still only 29cm and hasn't grown.

Since ive come home ive had a lot of braxton hicks but particularly in the last 2 hours or so - every 5/10 minutes. Not painful just pressure.

Is this down to stress or should I call MAU?

Been told I won't get another scan for 2 weeks because I had one last week but I will need one due to no growth.

I am further along than you but been having BH almost none stop for hours sometimes. I don’t think there’s anything to be concerned about with BH. Maybe something you drank or ate set them off - I find my babies movements can start them off or if I drink a juice or been in the car (especially when my partner drives lol)

BH are a normal part of third trimester now. Obviously if it changes to feeling like real contractions then it’s time to call triage.

I called triage in my last pregnancy when my BH became regular (every 3/5 mins or so). They took it seriously and hooked me up to a monitor which confirmed them. They checked my cervix wasn't open to check I wasn't in labour, and did a fibronectin test which can predict if you will go into labour in the next 2 weeks. The second time I went in with it, the fibronectin test was positive so they gave me steroids in case baby arrived early. He was delivered at 36 weeks due to growth issues and he was perfect. Definitely call triage if you are unsure, there are things they can check to make sure all is well.
