It says pasteurised milk on the label is this ok to eat?
Nhs says avoid in pasteurised and cheeses with rind on but I though soft blue cheeses were a no go?!

NHS also says

”Soft cheeses that are safe to eat in pregnancy
Other than mould-ripened soft cheeses, all other soft types of cheese are OK to eat, providing they're made from pasteurised milk.”

”Soft blue cheeses

You should also avoid soft blue-veined cheeses such as Danish blue, gorgonzola and roquefort. Soft blue cheeses are only safe to eat in pregnancy if they've been cooked.

It's advised pregnant women avoid some soft cheeses because they are less acidic than hard cheeses and contain more moisture, which means they can be an ideal environment for harmful bacteria, such as listeria, to grow in.”

You can make your own risk assessment but Castello is a ‘Danish blue’ cheese of the type that NHS guidance specifically recommends pregnant women avoid. If you want to stick to the letter of the guidance you can have it cooked until it is bubbling.
