33 weeks and time is dragging…. Anyone else?

Anyone else think time has slowed down in the third trimester?

Feel so close to the end and yet still feels so far away.

My DS arrived at 38 weeks so hoping this one is similar as the thought of another seven plus weeks is unbearable.

No point to this post other than to moan and see if anyone is feeling the same.

Yep, I hear you! I am 32+4 and both of our hospital bags are packed and ready 🤣 that's all we have ready though, not even sure where we'll be living when he arrives, but at least the bags are packed 🤣. Not sure what else to do now to pass the time.

Yes, 30 + 6 and I am fed up. I am already enormous and I seem to just be full of gas and very emotional. It’s a lot!

I am sick of not being able to eat and drink anything I want. I really want a glass of wine and some pate!

No helpful advice for you @Charl881 😅

rebecca100 · 11/03/2023 15:09

@Sallyh87 oh ALL the emotions 😭😭

Charl881 · 11/03/2023 18:50

Oh what I would give for a cold glass of wine and pate right now! Will definitely be stocking the fridge up.

I’ve not packed my hospital bag yet, trying to delay it as something to do to help pass the time!

I have 3 weeks left of work and then 2 weeks Easter break with my toddler. I’m trying to compartmentalise time so it goes quicker but it’s just not working!!

I’ll get my CS date in a couple of weeks and then maybe I can count down properly?! :|

Yep I’m 37 weeks now and for some reason didn’t even think I’d get this far but now I’m here it doesn’t feel close enough. Feel like I’ve thought about pregnancy so much that I’m just done with it all. It’s hard to even imagine life not being pregnant, let alone having a baby to look after in a couple of weeks.

Had loads of braxton hicks tonight and really thought it could be it but everything has calmed again. Only got 17 days til my planned section but it feels like a lifetime away.

Hi ladies, 38+5 here and just spent the last 2 minutes trying to roll over in bed. This pregnancy was honestly a breeze up until about 35 weeks. I would love to be able to move about without groaning in pain. I love a good moan lol. First baby and being induced on Thursday, CANNOT wait! Thinking of you all ladies xxx

Charl881 · 12/03/2023 19:20

@SleepySlumber that’s so true about thinking about it so much, I’m just done with thinking about it all the time!! Fingers crossed your baby won’t keep you waiting for long.

@FirstTimeTryer93 The rolling over in bed is so tough and I’m still several weeks behind you. I get really annoyed when I realise something I want is the other side of the bed. You’re so close now though, how exciting!!
