Hi, I know there have been various posts about this but I’m so worried and wondered if anyone had experienced the same and gone on to have a successful pregnancy. I am now 6 weeks + 6 days and as soon as I hit 6 weeks last Sunday my symptoms have stopped 😔 I was having mild cramps daily up until that moment and sore boobs (my only symptoms), but as soon as 6 weeks hit they stopped overnight and over the past 5 days my boobs have been getting gradually less sore and getting smaller. So have no symptoms anymore 😰 I conceived with clomid and so have a scan booked in next Wednesday. I just wondered if anyone had experienced something similar and had a successful pregnancy? Thank you in advance x

It is really difficult to know without a scan, some women don't even experience symptoms and everything could work out. However, when symptoms stop it can point to a missed miscarriage, where sadly everything just stops growing.

Only the early scan can tell if everything OK or not. With missed miscarriage, you can either wait for your body recognise it and bleed, or the doc/nurse will prescribe you medicine to bring on the bleed and everything comes out as though body recognised it, or have an op called ERPC / D&C to remove what is medically called 'products of conception'.

The hospital will always give you a choice and time to decide what is best for you and how you feel. None are ever an easy choice and there isn't a right answer.

6 weeks is still quite early. With my last and current pregnancy symptoms started at around 8 weeks.
