Intense period pains 21 weeks pregnant

So I’m nearly 21 weeks pregnant and this afternoon I’ve been getting very intense period like cramps… has anyone else experienced this? 😢

Could be a UTI or growing pains, but best to ring your hospital and ask for their advice :)

I had this, it was gas in my case. Agee with @SpringTime2023 if you are worried call your hospital. Better safe than sorry.
