Help!!
my GP prescribed me buccastem tablets for sickness and said they are safe while pregnant

i took one straight away and then later realised they are not safe while pregnant and shouldnt be taken for more than 2 days!😫
Iv got a banging headache today and a bit of stomach ache but dont know if im now feeling anxious and worried!
iv tried to contact my midwife but understandably she’s probably busy.
i dont even want to contact my gp or pharmacy as theyve knowingly given me these tablets!!
has anyone else experienced similar?
iv had such bad experiences with midwife care and gp care😫

Where did you get the info it isn’t safe? From the bumps website (website the NHS recommends to check medicines in pregnancy) it seems fine to me? Speak to your GP again if you’re concerned but try not to stress in the meantime, one tablet won’t have done any harm even if it was dangerous.

It's used commonly in pregnancy.

Ah thats confusing as its the leaflet in the box of medication that says not to be taken if pregnant!
