I'm 17 weeks pregnant is it okay to dye my hair? Sorry first time mum

Hi! I think once you get into the 2nd trimester it's ok, obviously wear gloves -I'm no expert but I read and cancelled my full head of highlights until I get into the 2nd trimester.
First time mum too, so I know you will be wrapping yourself in cotton wool. X

@Harls97 Ive had my hair dyed! I think just try and do it in a well ventilated area and avoid your scalp as much as you can if you’re doing it yourself xx

It’s absolutely fine. Just make sure you are in a well ventilated area and do a patch test as your skin can be more sensitive when pregnant. If there was any risk of danger then midwives and nhs would advise against it.
