Bleeding and positive test

I'm so confused and scared.
I took some early pregnancy tests on Thursday last week that came up faint positive, then again Friday morning and positive again. Then I started bleeding on Friday mid morning, Red bright bleeding like my period and enough to wear pads. Thus continued on Saturday and today and seems to have stopped in the last hour.
I'm booked in for blood tests tomorrow.
I was convinced I was having a chemical pregnancy but I did a test this morning and then again this evening and the line is slightly darker on this evenings test. Pic below in order dates and times to the left side.
I'm so worried.
Could you bleed like that and still be healthy pregnant?
Or is it a chemical or ectopic? 😢

I know it's possible for women to bleed and still be pregnant. That's why some women don't realise until far later in the pregnancy as they think they've been having periods. Hopefully the GP will be able to reassure you and provide more info. Good luck!

Sorry to hear you're going through this. This is exactly what happened to me. I had a faint positive, then started bleeding the same day. I bled for 6 days, enough to fill pads, but my tests kept getting stronger.
I ended up in a&e because I also had pain on the left side and was worried about ectopic but it was ruled out. Had four more bleeds, always followed up by scans at the EPU and eventually they saw a baby with a heartbeat in the right place. At 6 weeks they also spotted a subchorionic hematoma, which was likely the cause of the bleeding. This resolved itself by week 12, i.e. was gone at the 12 weeks scan. I'm now 26 weeks along and although I'm still anxious after all this, it's looking good so far.
I've attached my daily line progression. Hope it all works out for you! x

How heavy was your bleeding? I was convinced I was pregnant this month, so many symptoms and then period came 2 nights ago and it’s been heavy with clots but then I took a test this morning and it was faintly positive so I did a few more and a FRER and they all have a second line

Thank you for the replies.
I had bloods done on Monday which showed hcg at 37 and progesterone at 6.9 so it doesn't look good.
I am waiting to hear from my repeat bloods done this morning to see how they've changed as I'm really worried about and ectopic.
